Restaurants to visit before moving away from Houston

Hi All.

It's likely that my family and I will be moving away from Houston this spring (😢). Before we do, we're putting together a list of places to visit / things to do that all Houstonians should try at least once.

I'll probably start a separate thread for non-restaurant ideas, but since Houston is so proudly a foodie city, I wanted to start here. What restaurants should a true Houstonian have visited? I'll note that ideally we'll get a wide range of price points, new vs neighborhood classics, cuisines, and different neighborhoods, to see all the city.

Don't worry, I know that Torchy's is clearly number 1 on this list (/sarcasm/).

Thank you!
