Does RF microneedling affect future neck lift results?

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding RF microneedling and future surgical options. I recently came across information suggesting that RF microneedling is not recommended for people who might want a surgical facelift or neck lift later on, is that actually true? I’m 39 and I’ve lost about 10 kg over the past year. Another ~10 kg still to go. Because of the weight loss, my neck and lower face look saggy, especially under the chin, and it’s been emotionally difficult to look in the mirror. Before I make any decisions, I really want to understand whether RF microneedling could potentially interfere with skin tightening surgery in the future. Has anyone heard this from a surgeon or has firsthand experience? Aside from surgery, what actually works at this stage for skin tightening and improving the look of the neck? I’m looking for something just to help me “hold on” while I continue losing weight. Also, does anyone have real results from using red light therapy panels specifically for firmness, skin elasticity, or jawline definition?

Any insight, personal experience, or recommendations would be very appreciated. Thank you!
