Academic Doubt please help if you know!!

I have given my board from a school in Delhi and got 80%. I am in my drop year for JEE. I am giving improvement exam from Bhopal for cbse board. Will I still be eligible for delhi quota in colleges like NSUT and DTU?? Please answer 🙏🏼🙏🏼
