Turning Up the Heat: The Secret to Perfect Pizza at Home
Frigidaire ranges with Stone-Baked Pizza mode are the first and only residential ovens capable of cooking pizza at 750° F, for authentic, restaurant-style results in about two minutes.
Why does temperature matter? Because 200 degrees is the difference between good pizza and great pizza. Most residential ovens max out at 550° F, but the new Frigidaire ovens with Stone-Baked Pizza mode safely reach at least 750°F. That extra heat, combined with the provided pizza stone and shield, cook airy crusts and caramelize toppings in two minutes or less. Designed for fresh dough, either store-bought or homemade, the oven can cook any style pizza, any size up to 15”.
A Mode for Every Meal
With more than 15 ways to cook, this oven is designed to handle whatever menu you can imagine. Beyond pizza, these full-featured ranges let you create using so many cooking methods – air fry, no preheat, steam roast, air sous vide and more.
