Question related to IBPS PO interview (sort of)

I have a genuine query. While applying for IBPS PO, I knew that there would be a live photo captured but I didn't know that it would get printed on the admit card. I just thought that it was to match with the photo that we upload. So I let the camera capture the live photo. Here is the concern. It was very hot that day and I was in my room and I was not wearing anything to cover my body(I wore pants obviously but my face along with my bare shoulders are visible) and that is how the live photo was captured. Now I have decided to tell the truth if the question arises in the interview. But will that make a negative impression on the panelists. I genuinely did not know that the live photo will be visible on the admit card.
