Japanese [CC] of the Netflix live action show.

When trying to watch the Netflix live action One Piece with Japanese dubbing, I see two options for subs, Japanese, which is supposedly the English audio translated to Japanese, and Japanese [CC], which in my understanding of the word CC would be the Japanese audio transcribed. Instead what I see is the translated English audio again, interspersed with stuff like (yelling), and so on. Are there no actual Japanese CC subs, based on the actual Japanese audio? What would that be called then, Japanese Japanese [CC]?
