Easy Solution

Success Story

I cured my bb and was able to face people who sit close to me while talking to them. Now I don't have to escape everyone to secretly use mouthwash (my breath smelled/tasted bad with or without it.

Btw for some reason when I'd use mouthwash (before using greek yogurt) my breath went from smelling from normal bad to sour bad and my breath used to get worse at the same time everyday.

I started eating ONLY greek yogurt (it's from Kirkland if it matters) in the morning before I would leave for the day. Idk why but it doesn't work when I eat/drink anything else. I ate it throughout the day before too. After eating the yogurt I waited half an hour before brushing my teeth then used mouthwash (blue TheraBreath). I also used mouthwash the night before. I even went to the movie theater one time and had extremely buttery popcorn and an extremely sugary drink and was able to talk comfortably to the person sitting next to me because my breath smelled near to nothing.

Before, when I'd eat something it would make my breath 10x worse if that was even possible but it wouldn't make my breath smell like food, it'd just be really sour and bad. I can't believe normal people complain about food making their breath smell bad. When I eat something now, my breath barely tastes/smells like anything it just has a faint smell/taste of whatever I ate but my breath still smelled nearly like nothing. My mouth stopped having that thick, sour, rancid taste/feeling in my mouth and started to taste like NOTHING before eating food. My breath continued to smell good for the ENTIRE day. Btw I didn't drink water the entire day and it still worked (I rarely drink water). And before people come for me I tried drinking more water (tested daily for 3 weeks) to cure my breath before I discovered greek yogurt and it didn't help it just made me extremely full and unable to eat food. Usually I'd have to use mouthwash multiple times throughout the day (even when I used the mouthwash the smell/taste persisted) but this day I could go without it.

Also to those people who rely on gum, it doesn't help. One time I talked to someone who chewed gum and had extremely bad breath (I still smelled it even if they weren't facing me) and it was the nastiest smell ever - similar to when someone's body smells and they cover it up with a fragrance.

And obviously this isn't gonna work for everybody but I'm extremely elated this worked for me and I hope I don't jinx it.
