Upside down DPS

Why does so much of our DPS arrive upside down? It’s about one third of my DPS every single day and is a pain in the ass to deal with on the street. Can somebody from the plant provide context because it feels like you all just either don’t give a shit or think it’s funny to grief your colleagues downstream.
