How do you deal with condensation ruining gear when truck camping?

Been truck camping for a while now, sleeping in a rooftop tent but storin all my gear in the bed. The setup works great except for one massive problem, water condensation absolutely destroys everything in the bed overnight.

I wake up in the morning and everything in the bed is soaked. Even stuff that's in dry bags ends up damp somehow. The moisture just gathers overnight and I can't figure out how to stop it. Tried different tarp setups but nothing really helped. My friends with SUVs or truck caps don't deal with this nearly as much, seems like an open metal bed just creates way more condensation.

Anyone else deal with this and figured out a solution? This is getting annoying and I'm tired of having to dry everything out every morning before I can pack up.
