HIDA without CCK

I'm so upset. I've been having episodes of RUQ pain with radiation to my shoulder blade. My doctor finally ordered a hida scan but they fit it without CCK so now I'm worried they cannot calculate ejection fraction from that. Why did they even order that when it can't evaluate biliary dyskinesia?
