Offbeat village homestay recommendations

Hi all! I’m travelling Solo to Sikkim in the 3rd week of December for 5 days. I’m more interested in staying in a quiet village homestay and experiencing the local side of Sikkim rather than visiting the usual crowded tourist spots.

Could you please suggest some less-crowded villages and homestays, especially in West or East Sikkim? Also, if you have any reliable cab contact numbers, that would help a lot!
