Tutoring client showing up unprepared

I am fairly new to tutoring the LSAT, and my first tutoring session with every client is always a practice test review. The purpose of reviewing the practice test is to identify some of the students weaknesses, so we know where to focus during future sessions. So what do I do when a client shows up without having ever taken a practice test? How would you tutor someone whose never taken the LSAT?
