Combipatch experience on GLP-1?

This may be slightly off topic but I am hoping to hear from other GLP-1 users about your experience with Combipatch HRT. I finally decided to try HRT after years of being afraid of it and convincing myself I didn't need it. I know two women in their fifties who were on HRT and had strokes so I've been more than a little hesitant. After 16 months on Zepbound I feel mostly amazing and healthy. A lot of my menopause symptoms were lessened by GLP-1 but I still struggle with low energy, body aches and mild hot flashes/night sweats. My GP encouraged me to try HRT and we decided Combipatch was a good solution since I always worry about the effects of delayed gastric emptying on oral meds. Anyway, I worked up my courage and applied my first patch on Tuesday. I had what felt like mild reflux the first night and also had a mild headache. If you're a Combipatch user I'm curious about a few of things: 1) Did you experience side effects and if so how long did they last? 2) How long did it take before you noticed menopause symptom relief? 3) Any changes in your GLP-1 experience? (New/different side effects, appetite changes, etc?) Any other thoughts or words of encouragement are helpful!
