I'm confused on exactly what is happening with this game

So I know it launched as "early access" way back in November of 2025. To my knowledge the "full version" has yet to release. Now I see there is a new significant update coming this weekend which includes a "free to play weekend." This new update includes 1 new class (Druid) and then Act 4? Is that all correct? Then after this weekend I see you can either wait for the actual full release (has that been scheduled??) or pay another early access fee to keep playing the game? Will the full release (whenever that is) include even more content or is this update essentially the full release but just the "early version?"
