Buying a propery: agent wants to skip the Form B
Currently in the process of buying a property, did my due diligence and everything seems clear so far. Now we're ready to get the paperwork signed, but the agent wants to skip the Form B for some reason and jump straight to the MOU/Form F.
The agent is from a sizeable real estate brokerage and they do have a RERA license, so I'm not sure why they want to do that.
Anyone know if that's standard practice these days?
