E20 Mileage drop?

I'm seeing that my last 2 tank to tank mileage for my hunter has been 21kmpl and 25kmpl in city.. everything before that was in the range of 26 to 28 in city and 36 to 40 in highways. I'm wondering if it is due to e20 blending, what are you guys getting?
