Using a Jewish donor if we’re not Jewish ?

Hi yall. A question for the collective : there is a donor I’m considering who is Jewish. Both parents are Jewish, otherwise I just know he has listed his background as German/French/Welsh/Italian as he has not shared whether they are Ashkenazi, Sephardic etc. Would it be unethical or problematic to use this donor? Would love to especially hear from those who grew up in Jewish households on this.

My issue isn’t that I would have any problem with a child that was descended from Jewish people, to be clear, but more that I know this culture and background is important to many people and I would not be able to provide any kind of connection to that for a child, nor would my wife, as we have no Jewish relatives.
