Start Lamar Jackson or Jaxson Dart this week?

Just picked up Dart off waivers.

Lamar has been horrible the past 3 weeks, but the Bengals defense is notoriously bad and just lost Hendrickson for the year.

Scoring is 6-pt passing TDs and 1-pt per 25 yards, plus bonuses.

Who would you start and why?
