Thoughts feel quieter on CPAP
I finally found a mask that stays on my face, hallelujah. What I notice is that on nights that I use the CPAP (need to do it consistently every day but I'm getting there), my thoughts aren't as loud and they're less vivid. As someone who likes to retreat in flights of fancy, it isn't necessarily as bad feeling, just kind of odd. Is that normal, to not feel as easily able to retreat in your brain after using the CPAP? I don't feel it's affecting me intellectually really, I just feel like I'm not as imaginative. Granted, I know that things kind of standardize the further you get in and maybe it's just adjustment effects.
