Advice for Captain Howler Deck needed! I'm really getting stuck.

Hi All,

I want to start off by saying that I'm not a good deck builder by any means. I'm the kind of guy to go to Edhrec and look for cards there. But I'm starting to improve my deckbuilding a little bit more by going to Scryfall and look for synergystic cards there. But when building decks that are not always too straightforward like Captain Howler I'm still struggling.

I have looked on a lot of Reddit posts and there hasn't been a single commander where I see so many people saying the opposite of eachother. Some say to not use any Looters, the others say do use looters, some say to not use looting effects and other people say they are necessary.

Please share your decks and which cards seem to be really good in your pod. I also would appreciate if someone looks at my current decklist. My approach is to not kill one opponent as quickly as possible but rather to let the opponents kill each other with the help of Howler without it becoming a goad deck. However the deck feels a bit clunky when goldfishing so I have no real faith on playing this in a real pod.
