Nesting: When to Expect?

I’m 27 weeks today and felt the most sudden urge to get out of bed and clean at 5 am today. Up until now I haven’t felt the energy or urge to clean other than home upkeep. But this morning? I was day dreaming of scrubbing the baseboards lol. Is my nesting going to be starting then?! I have heard mixed answers from the moms in my life: some started their nesting around this time while others never felt the urge to.
