I do have gerd but i think i might have something else too

Are all of these symptoms normal for gerd?? Am i just overthinking it? Im taking medication for acid reflux but it hasn't been helping at all, if anything im still getting worse by day..which is why im doubting it. Here's my symptoms ::

• fever - like symptoms, i feel like I've had a fever for months now
• really dry throat
• stomachaches
• headaches
• always feeling like puking
• no appetite
• always dizzy and lightheaded
• uncomfortable feeling in the stomach (around the belly button and upper abdomen, i could point to where the pain is)
• burping (unusually)
• stomach feeling terrible after eating and even on an empty stomach
• cough
• extreme pain in the heart / chest
• always tired or exhausted (my body feels really weak)
• heavy breathing at ALL times
• sour taste in the stomach
• feeling like there's a lump in my throat
• weight loss even though im not really trying

I got an ultrasound done recently, the results were completely normal, i also got a test for h.pyliori and it was negative.
