Infinite mannequin summoning bug

Hey, I was trying to summon an NPC in my world and it works... a little bit too much. In the chat the game tell me that the NPC is summon but it repeat this until I kill the mannequin. I summoned it in other place in the world and it didn't repeat that in the chat ( it work normaly ). But when I'm in a fermé Chuck of the world, it didn't work any more. ( sorry if my english is bad and if it's not clear ) Did anyone had this problem too ?
