show vs. manga

hello everyone. i just finished watching the show and i’m reading the manga now. i’m literally only on the first chapter but i feel like the show has already missed a lot of underlying subtext/details regarding Yoshiki and Hikaru’s relationship. to put it more bluntly, they are acting a LOT more gay in the first chapter and giving a lot more hints that Yoshiki has feelings for Hikaru than in the show. but maybe thats just me. curious to hear other peoples thoughts.
