What SSD to buy? (Gen4 or Gen5)

Hello guys. i am building a pc so far here are the parts

GIGABYTE X870E AORUS ELITE ICE
Ryzen 7 9800X3D
KINGSTON 32GB 5600 AMD EXPO
RTX 5070
and i already have a H9 Flow Case and a 360mm AIO

so im thinking on buying either 1TB of Gen4 Kingston ssd + a gen3 250/512 for windows and apps but i saw there are some Gen5 1TB thats almost the same price. so for gaming and video editing does gen5 worth it or stick with Gen4? (i sometimes edit clips with friends) and lately cause its currently on HDD its really slow since my 250g ssd is full of windows and some games so could you guys help me

for gen5 i was thinking on 1tb crucial T705 non heatsink version
