Chastity cage advice

I’m looking for a new cage, a flat cage ideally. I have had several in the past with varying success. First Silicone ones: they fell off. Second plastic: better but could only wear for short time as it began to hurt and it pinched a lot. Third steel: should of went with this from the start, but I do still have issues

When wearing a cage I begin to feel, what I believe is too much pain. I expect some discomfort, but nothing terrible. This was painful and my balls felt like they were fitting too tightly between the ring and the actual cage portion.

I tried a larger ring that was offered on the site and that feel ok for that part, but the actual space between cage and balls is what kills me. I also used a strap.

What did you do to help? What cage worked best? And does anyone else have this struggle? I have like 5-6 cages this is frustrating.
