Collect files as I'm working or somehow as I import footage -> copies it a working folder?

Title, I know about the collect files command, but that's like at the end when you collect everything from everywhere, dump it to one folder with a new project save...

What I'm looking to try to do is as I drag files into the project, it makes a copy and dumps it into my working directory... so that all files are essentially collected as I import them. This would make workflow a lot better for myself.
