Has anyone tried Jourcards, looking for general feedback

I recently needed a digital card and found a site called Jour Cards while searching. The one I bought worked, but I noticed there are mixed opinions online, so I am trying to understand the overall experience people have had.

Not trying to promote anything, just genuinely curious how reliable these kinds of sites are, especially when alternative payment methods are involved.

Has anyone here used them a few times or had any issues I should be aware of?
