Looking for a first gaming PC monitor

Hello,

I am looking for a gaming monitor for my nephew's PC. The budget is between $200-300 USD.

At the moment, the only game my nephew plays is Fortnite.

In that range, I found these two monitors that cost $250 each, and I would like to know which one is better or if there are others that are better.

Monitor 1: ASUS XG27ACS

27", QHD, 180Hz, IPS, 1ms, 2560 x 1440

Monitor 2: Samsung Odyssey G4 LS27BG400ELXZS

27", 240Hz, IPS, 1ms, 1920 x 1080

Thanks!
