Is anyone in Virginia, NOVA (DMV) and I want to sell a machine to a newcomer?

Like the title says, is anyone in Virginia willing to sell me one of their machines with the location to help me get started in the industry? I’m not looking for handouts and can pay a fair asking price. Help a newbie out :)
