I tried going smaller on YouTube… and got better results than going bigger
I’ve been experimenting with YouTube ads for local real estate, and the thing that surprised me most is how simple the effective strategies actually are.
I noticed one agent who moved to a new city with zero contacts and still managed to become the familiar face in one neighborhood.
Not by covering the whole city.
Just by picking one area and sticking to it.
He ran short, basic videos on the same streets every day.
Mostly answering questions sellers ask all the time, like pricing, timing, and small upgrades.
What stood out was the consistency.
I’m curious if anyone else here has tried hyperlocal ads.
Did you target the whole city or a tight neighborhood?
What worked for you?
