Does this version of Beetlejuice count as a Broadway revival? Do the cast members get to claim this as a Broadway credit?

Based on the bios in the Playbill, it seems like this counts as a Broadway performance for the cast members, since some of them were citing this show as their Broadway debut. But is this considered a Broadway production?

My understanding is that this the Touring production that just happened to land at a Broadway theater. This seems like an unusual arrangement. Has this happened before?
