Padded long sleeve compression shirt with a built-in neck guard?

First off, I'm old, so I pad-up fully regardless of game level. I mostly do adult league B through D and over 40 (meaning, anything can happen), and some youth house league games (USAH). I currently have a CCM padded referee compression shirt which I like, but it does not have a built-in neck guard. I'd prefer to keep wearing a padded shirt, with long sleeves.

Has anyone seen a padded compression shirt WITH the neck guard? Seems logical to me, but I cannot find any.
