A child's death in Kentucky, late 1960s

My parents had a child after me, she lived for 3 days in 1967. My understanding is her bran did not develop. I was pretty young myself and don't remember much. My mom is dead now, my dad has dementia and can't help, but remembers they wanted to move her body from Kentucky to Tennessee later, but never did.

I've looked on Find a Grave, no results. I thought she was stillborn, but I saw a birth date and a death date on a records site.

Anyway, is there any way to locate her grave? What would be a temporary place for a baby like this at that time? This was in / around Louisville.
