Did they nerf the LGM-1 Frenzied Guard strat on the boss?

It worked just fine during the 2nd phase, but the 3rd phase it’s health wouldn’t go below half no matter how many times I shot it.

Also, the Raygun MK2 is really bad in this fight unfortunately
