Advice needed please

I’ve been invited to an interview for a Band 4 Patient Pathway Coordinator role (£32,199–£34,876). I’m on a graduate visa so I qualify for the entrant status.

According to the CASCOT tool, the SOC code for this role is 4131/06, but the immigration salary list shows this code as ineligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship.

The advert itself says candidates who need sponsorship can apply, so I’m unsure what to do. Should I still go ahead with the interview, or withdraw now so I don’t waste anyone’s time? Maybe there’s a workaround it ?

Any advice would be appreciated.
