Tips for a bandit curved sword build

I want to try a dual wielding BCS build with frostbite as a status, however I'm not sure if I should use a cold affinity with cragblade for stagger potential or a keen affinity with the chilling mist AOW for better scaling. I'm planning on using mainly jump attacks btw. What do you think it's the best set up?
