Is there a way to 'Reduce' your money?

I was playing the game for a while and I realized that I have mistakenly enabled the "x150 income" option in the Ultimate mod

I turned it off, but I'm left with a ridiculous amount of money

I was aiming for a city with net profit with vehicle despawn off (currently at 78% flow so I don't think this matters much, too many vacant jobs might be tho)

Currently my Oil and Ore industry is doing the heavy lifting but nobody seems to pay their taxes

How do I reduce my money? Is there a mod for editing the current money value?
