Astro Fibre internet getting slower everyday on 8pm until 12am for almost 3 month. What the reason behind internet are slowing? Network Congestion?

As i said on title, what's the reason of Astro Fibre getting slow everyday on 8pm until 12am? Are everybody who have astro fibre got the same issue like me? Give your thought about this issue
