TMJ / Migraines Help!

I have been up all night with pain radiating from my jaw, into my ears, and up to the top of my head. At first I thought I was having a dental issue that came out of nowhere, but have decided in combination with my friend ChatGPT that seems less likely.

My mom shared with me this morning she had migraines while pregnant with my brother, this was not a symptom of any of my other pregnancies, but no two pregnancies have been identical so nothing shocks me.

I have never in my life experienced this brand of pain - I canceled my pilates class, therapy, and called out from work. I can actually count on one hand the number of times I have canceled my entire day in the last decade.

I am writing this from a dark room squinting at my phone looking for solutions - I have messaged my midwife but I am really desperate for some suggestions. 🤍
