HEADSUP for Belgian Investors - Dividend Reporting

I thought Degiro takes care of the dividend taxes but they don't , and they report dividends to the belgian authoritiy. I have been chased me for dividends taxed I earned from 3 years ago while I thought it was deducted. Degiro withhold TOB taxes only but not Dividend Taxes. Please make sure you report your dividends to the authorities.
