how to gain confidence as a trans man in kink community or even just enough to have a sex life?

Im a 23yo trans man and as a title say im really shy.

Before transition i had a sex life and a kinky part of it also. Im ofc happy that i transitioned, i got rid of dysphoria that ruined everything, sex life included.

Now i am a happy, confident, easy-going person who other people want to know and be around with, my body is rather nice looking also, but im just not confident enough to start flirting with people and stuff. Im too self aware about fact im very short and that i dont have (and wont have) a penis.
Im not even too dysphoric about vaginal sex (what is a common cause here) but i just cant find people who will enjoy a guy who dont have a dick

I noticed that trans girls have so much options in a kink community (im of course aware of bad side of it like chasers ect) but how to begin with all this stuff when you are a trans male? And to other trans people/trans males - how did you overcome this feeling? Are you not scared to date? How do you find kink communities/partners fit for you?

Im from central/eastern europe so kink community is not too big, queer community also, but im from a bigger city so at least something happens around here.
