Considering Unlimited Welcome/Plus from "The New Verizon 5GB single" with carryover

Hi all, I was hoping someone could help. I've been doing a ton of research and I can't find anywhere speed/prioritization for my current plan vs what is new.

I have had the New Verizon 5GB single plan for the last 5+ years since they offered the carryover option. Work discount 19%. I do use the hotspot but not super often.

My main concern is roaming, prioritization and speed. I'm often out in the woods and I would be fine laterally transferring service if the speeds and prior are the same. But I see that welcome has deprior and doesn't offer ultrawideband. Does my current plan even offer that or have prioritization? I don't want my bill up to 87 if it doesn't need to be but I also can't have slower than I currently do. Thanks all!
