Edge 50 Fusion issues

Due to the RAM shortages I've been thinking about buying a new phone before the prices rise. I can get the Edge 50 Fusion for 200€ which seems like a great deal, however, I've seen posts here about the UFS chip failing, as well as some less severe problems. Are these common issues?
