[3 YoE] Looking for feedback/criticism on my new SWE resume. What can I improve on?

Hey everyone,

Looking for feedback for my new resume after the previous version hasn't gotten me any callbacks or interviews. I'm currently employed at a defense contractor and looking to break into the tech industry ASAP if possible. Any suggestions/tips is greatly appreciated! This resume is aimed towards a US remote software engineering role in frontend, backend, or fullstack.
