General consensus on ULA Cicada

Hi, looking at purchasing the ULA Cicada. I have not found much feedback online from actual people using the bag. What are your thoughts on appearance, comfort, use, breathability in hot weather etc. Its a hefty price and want to be sure if this bag is worth the premium over say the Toshi 20L or Minimul M20. Thank you
