I’m terrified!

I have major health anxiety and I freak out over everything i find wrong with me. Today in the bathtub I just so happened to look down and notice this small red circle on my breast. It’s not painful or itchy I dont even know how long it could’ve been there I don’t usually look that close but I will say definitely within the last few days it’s had to of formed. When I look from the side it’s slightly raised off my skin. No extra heat comes from it. I’m just worried. I see my doc tomorrow to have her look and possibly get a mammogram scheduled. :(( I hope someone has experienced similar and can calm me down and I hope this isn’t serious. (Pic in comments)
