Yo, just re-watched 12 Years a Slave. Still messed up.

Solomon Northup was a free man. Then he got drugged. Kidnapped. Sold into slavery. They called him 'Platt.' Twelve years of pure hell. Brutal owners. Unspeakable acts. It's so hard to watch.

The movie is based on his real story. A Canadian guy named Bass helped him. He mailed a letter. Solomon finally got free.

But here's what gets me. His actual kidnappers never faced justice. They just walked away. That part makes my blood boil.

Seriously powerful film. Must-watch for everyone.
