Suggest me affordable hair products fory thick wavy hair - hair type : 2 B /2 C

I had really thick hair during my childhood and it was kind of 2A waves and manageable. But now it's very frizzy and some of my hair are coarse. Now it's between 2B and 2C and very frizzy. Can someone please suggest me budget friendly products that are suitable for my hair type.

I am planning to use shampoo , a leave in conditioner or a hair cream and homemade flaxseed gel. Is it a good start? And can I skip conditioner if I use a hair cream or leave -in? And how to increase the shelf life of flaxseed gel?
