Do I need to change my sheets after wearing period underwear for over 12 hours?

Hello! The title may sound dumb but I have contamination OCD. I went to bed around 8:30 and got up around 10. I wore one of the Rael disposable period underwear to bed. I could kind of smell myself (the blood smell) When I woke up, but I didn't leak or anything. I know wearing a pad too long causes bacteria, so should I wash my sheets or am I overthinking? I thought I had BV before too but I got tested for it and it was negative. Would there be bacteria all over my bedding? Thanks!
